This realtor is HORRIBLE!!!! She did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING during the leasing agreement process. My mom had her house on the market for three months and nothing. My mom witnessed people looking at the house and taking down the phone number and the realtor never called my mom to say she received a phone call from a potential buyer. We had one that was extremely interested in the house. She also LIED about having potential buyers. Claimed someone was coming to look at the house then called to cancel to say he wasn't 55 or older. This should have been vetted prior to making the appointment. The second time she claimed to have a potential buyer she was sending another realtor as she wasn't coming with a potential buyer. Don’t use this realtor Maggie Langan she can not be trusted. She gave a buyer who has not paid for my home the keys to move in before closing before we were paid for home! Now I have trespassers in my home. Mortgage from buyer is still under review! Our home is in Meadows mobile home park Palm beach gardens. Buyer is not registered with park either to occupy home. Sellers beware of this agency and agent unethical practices and violation of contract practices .

Maggie Langan was our realtor and she went above and beyond to help us buy our first home. From start to finish, she helped us through every step. She had a contract for EVERYTHING. Help with lenders, the HOA, inspectors, she was amazing. She got out offer accepted the same day, and we moved into our new home about 4 weeks later. When we sell this home and buy our next, we are looking forward to Maggie helping us again.
