While this may not reflect Evans & Evans as a whole (but maybe so), my experience with Karen Stigall was one of the most frustrating and disheartening real estate interactions I’ve ever had. As a single-income parent trying to find a home for our large (and growing) family, we submitted a strong, nearly full asking-price offer on a property we genuinely loved. What we received was a counter filled with nonsense—most notably a bump clause that left our offer essentially meaningless. We pushed back once with a reasonable counter: same offer, just without the ridiculous clause. Rather than negotiate, Karen and the seller abruptly shut the door on us altogether—no second chances, no conversation. Just gone. The true measure of customer service is how you are treated AFTER the business has your money. I worked with Terri Henson for my land purchase and she was both professional, accurate and responsive throughout the process. What impressed me more is months after I bought the property I had a question about my tax plot, and she answered my call at 6pm on a Thursday, not hesitating to help out. She ensured all my questions were satisfied before hanging up and followed up with emails. I would highly recommend her as an agent to anybody in the market.

Stan Evans is experienced, conscientious and understanding. He has selling and building experience for decades in this area. Before putting my 27 year old house on the market, he painstakingly worked with me for weeks developing a remodeling plan that maximized the value of the house. He traveled to Lowes, Granite company and other suppliers. He recommended subcontractors who got the job done. During negotiations he would meet with me any time (including Christmas Eve). As a result our house sold for far more than appraisals and expectations. One of a kind!
