He represented us on both sides of our recent transaction and protected us every step of the way in all transactions. During our purchase, unfortunately the listing agent was trying to force us to do something illegal (so he could shake us down for more money) but Dan Cassady and Town & Country Escrow protected us and even offered cost free legal advice and representation (if needed), luckily we did not need the representation. It's 11pm at night and I have to be up at 5am in the morning. This business likes to rent out and/or have parties going on late at night when everyone is asleep. They have their parties in the back alleyway where Noise levels multiply. And my window is literally adjacent to their backyard area where they like to throw their parties. And this situation has been an issue on more than one occasion. The business is literally located in a neighborhood.
