I showed up at scheduled open house on Surcease Mine Rd, Oroville on Feb. 16, 2013. No agent ever arrived. Only got answering machine for agent & main office had no information about agent or open house. Very dissappointing. Another couple also dissappointed.
It seems realtors in the Oroville area are not too intrested in selling properties. I leave messages and never get calls back.
Rude impatient receptionist treated me like an inconvenience.
I feed feral colony here behind building
