From the beginning, my search for the property that checked all the boxes for me was smooth and easy, even though I was moving from the other side of the country. Through the entire process of the search to purchase, Sarah was very responsive, pleasant to communicate with, and kind. She had an excellent understanding of the Wilmington market, which was crucial for me moving in from another state, and her negotiating skills were top-notch. It was such a pleasure to work with her.
