RENTERS ! In my experience this was one of the most frustrating rental situations I’ve dealt with. The home did not feel properly prepared for move in and I had to pay for professional carpet cleaning due to a strong odor that was still present. The cleaning company i hired documented numerous urine spots in the carpets which confirmed the condition. I also paid a cleaning deposit and was told it would be returned if the property was left in the same condition. Verbally and electronically communicated. but that did not happen. Throughout the lease there were repeated maintenance issues with little follow through. This review jumped from probably 2 to 5 completely due to Alex. When RE/Max bought out Choice, I was thrown from property manager to property manager on a monthly basis and I don’t think anyone knew what was going on with my home or account. Cue Alex. He has been so attentive and helpful with me. He has worked with my crazy time schedules (at times working with a 12 hour time difference) and he’s always good about getting back to me on questions and concerns. I was actively seeking a new property manager before I was given Alex, and he is the reason I stayed with remax and regained faith in them. Alex is truely the best property manager I’ve worked with, and I have worked with a fair amount in both Jacksonville and Raleigh. I wish he could manage my homes in Raleigh as well!

I've had such a positive experience working with Andrea. She is professional, attentive to details and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that things are taken care of in a timely manner. She is communicative and always looking for the solution to any problems. She speaks with professionalism and is always a positive light on the other end of the phone.
