RE/MAX Elite - Indialantic

As a renter with this company as property manager, it was terrible! Everytime I called I was given 'self help' tips, instead of the problem being corrected asap. We were without an air conditioner for over a month during summer with an asthmatic kid. We took great care of our property , adding updates even, and we cleaned literally all day and they still kept money from our deposit. Avoid them as a property management company! Or a renter. As a military family we have rented from several places and this was by far the worst.

This man - Todd Ostrander - May should be avoided at all costs. He tried to bully my elderly mother into signing with him. Thank goodness we didn’t. That did not stop him however. He actually pushed past my mother and invited himself into her home to look around which frightened my mother so much as she wasn’t sure who he was and was rightfully more than concerned about a man she didn’t know almost forcing entry in her home. I had to ask him to stop calling her and to immediately desist in going after her business especially since we had already listed with another agent in his same office. Finally he was beyond rude and accused me of wasting his time when I demanded he remove me from his email list which he had added me to without my permission. Last Sept. 2021, due to a tight parking slot at the Indialantic REMAX, I scratched (no injury) a parked car. Instead of helping me and the driver of the parked car settle gentlemanly, a REMAX staff shouted to the above driver to call the police. I was cited for traffic violation (careless driving) on their private parking lot. Being an Asian American maybe a factor.

So Happy we have a new location as of June 1017! RE/MAX Elite is know for providing exceptional service and outstanding results!
