Phoebe stuck me with a six figure problem on house while she was representing me as my agent. Completely denied my chance at any type of walkthrough of the property I was purchasing . If you feel anything is off while dealing with her, it mostly likely is. She even took her commission check from the title company before I had chance to see the place. Then I was stuck with chasing a problem for months due to lies told by her and the agent at the title company . Just trying to warn others, Phoebe completely misrepresented me as a client and after months of chasing the problem that I should been able to walk away from. I'm now stuck fixing this (see photo)

I absolutely love working with this team, and am honored to know Kim and Rick. Not only is Kim the best Realtor in Our community, but her and her husband Rick do so much in our community. Things like setting up Easter egg hunts and music festivals. Kim is a Pilar of our community. I know in the past they had a bad employee, but she is gone now. Please do not hesitate to use them. 100 percent recommend.

My wife and I were looking for a house. Contacted phoebe setup a showing at a house we were interested in. We fell in love with it. We did all the paperwork, phoebe was very prompt on following up. We are so happy to have found phoebe she helped us throughout the process. I'd highly recommend her to others.

Phoebe Nason is truly unprofessional and unorganized. After agreeing to a lease over the phone, I took time off of work the next day to drive to her office to sign the lease. When I arrived to sign the lease, she changed her mind to the length of the lease and wanted to change it. If she was more organized, we could have had this discussion over the phone before I drove all the way to her office. I was now running late to an appointment and had to leave and said I would contact her the next day, and when I did, she had already let someone else sign the lease to that apartment. Be very cautious if you are going to work with Phoebe, she is either quite unethical or quite unorganized.

Phoebe and Cat did a wonderful job taking care of us during our one year lease term. On the rare occasion that something went wrong it was serviced promptly by professionals. I would lease from them again.
