Customer Reviews
Trust the crummy rating/review average. Deceptive practices, not disclosing essential details prior to ushering potential clients into their application system
Agent Joseph Kaszuba and their seller were very difficult to work with, had to put in offer twice because they refused to let us do a state-approved home inspection first time. They act in bad faith and have no respect for a signed contract. The agent also misrepresented the property on MLS listing. Wasted a lot of time and money dealing with them. I would not recommend this company.
Agent/Seller Teresa Slowinski were unprofessional about selling this home there were 3 times we had to make offers and the seller keeps messing around with us by changing the offer price. We are very upset with this agent and seller for wasting our time I hope your property never sells.
Very unprofessional. They came to my house for a showing and my phone charger & medicine tucked under my bed was moved. On my counter I had soap, flyers knocked over and a few other things. I’m pretty sure it was kids but as realtor you should do a better job! I was very upset to come to my house like this and it made me extremely mad that someone touched my medication. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I recently viewed a unit that was showed by relator Krystyna Zielinska. Krystyna was extremely rude and unprofessional. Firstly, when we came inside she did not greet myself and my partner. We looked around then afterwards asked to take pictures so we can have quality photos to make a decision. She then proceeded to say "Why do you need pictures or a video? You just saw the place. Are you going to apply or not?." She then proceeded to hurry us along and basically force us out because someone else was coming for a viewing. This was absolutely the worst apartment viewing I ever experienced.
