I in general don’t leave reviews. The service has to be exemplar or really poor in order for me to do so. This review is the later. We bought our first home through family, and never had to use a realtor or broker firm before. When listing our house and trying to find a new one we decided to use a realtor/broker this time. We just closed on our new house and the best thing I can say about this experience is that I am glad that with the closing of both houses we never have to deal with our realtor, Mat Register, and ReMax Associates of Layton again. Adam Speth is a CROOK! We bought a house from him a year ago.. he bragged about how he did the remodel.. Well our walls have been peeling literally by themselves and we haven’t understood why.. well we finally got the money to have someone come inspect the house he “Remodeled”... our home. Well Adam Speth put plaster over wall paper and then painted over it with the cheapest flat paint he could get his greedy hands on. He didn’t do this remodel to benefit anyone but him self.. he is a greedy person. We now as a young family have to fork out thousands of dollars right before the holidays, on top of that We are expecting and trying to prepare for our second child.. we have to demo our ENTIRE home.. and put completely new dry wall and paint through out our entire home.
