I wouldnt recommend anyone to rent from this company... the first time i rent from the and the last time... they neva cleaned the house that they rushed us to move in... and was told us he would lower the rent by a WHOOPING 50$ from 1700 but also gave us the option to pay rent online and guess what we been paying 1750 for rent... i should have invested in buying a house with another company then renting this expensive shoe box were living in.. these type of companies just calling you to rent and pay for the crappie homes that they want to rent out I'm so disappointed with this company is crazy I thank God my lease is over soon...

i was a tenant 3 years i must say at least 3 times in 3 years the septic tank over flowed. it ruined a couple pieces of furniture but hey, that's why we become homeowners. i hope to never be a tenant again. they would not let us paint our apartment yet when it was time for us to move made us paint for new tenant. never again.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS LOUD AND CLEAR I WAS SELLING A HOUSE IN OCALA AND I WAS DEALING WITH JOHN HAMICK THAT WORKS WITH REMAX THIS MAN HAS MORE PATIENCES THEN I EVER SEEN MY HOUSE HAD MORE LOOP HOLES IN IT THE A RUG AND YES I GOT MAD AND YELLED AND SAID SOME NASTY THINGS BUT HE WOULD BLOW IT OFF AND THIS MAN IS SO CHILLED I WOULD ASK FOR HIM FOR ALL YOU REALTOR NEEDS HOWEVER HE WAS A LITTLE SHY AT FIRST BUT WHO AIN'T. SO JOHN I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO HANDLE MY NEXT DEAL TOO AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DID I TRULY MEAN IT... I HOPE AND WISH YOU THE BEST WITH YOUR JOB...
