We worked with Cary Saffran at this agency, and were very pleased! Cary set us up with their daily e-mail listings service for properties that matched our profile, before we sold our New England home to move to Florida and start our search here. Once on the ground locally, Cary set up a number of showings on short notice, listened attentively to our goals, tuned the visits, and is very knowledgeable about the local community and market. First class all the way! Highly recommended!

We went to make an offer on a house that was listed by Anchor of marina Park and they would not present the offer to the Seller- even though we were in the timelines indicated. I think they are working unprofessionally, picking and choosing who they want to accept offers from. I assume they only accept offers from their own clients so they can double dip. LOOK AT THE YELP REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY> They are not good reviews. And I agree!!!!!!
