John Carter is better than any realtor we could have ever asked for. From showing us the first potential house, to helping us purchase our dream home, John has been there every step of the way. John truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He made time around our sporadic schedules for us to see at least 5 houses a week, mapping out the best and easiest route each time. At one of the showings my car broke down, and instead of moving on with his day, John stayed with us until the tow truck came and we were safely on our way, not before offering to drive us around in his own vehicle to finish the day of showings. John made our first time buying experience a wonderful experience. He drove down and personally showed us the listings even though they were on the literal edge of la county. And even when my wife and I missed out on our original choice on a home for being undecided and missing the opportunity. John agreed to meet us the same day when we saw a new listing appear on zillow. As a result we were able to be the first ones to see the house and make the first offer.
