Although they contract small businesses to do work for them, not only do they refuse to pay them, they are not respectful enough to return calls. Small businesses are the backbone of this country and communities we work in. Do the right thing and pay for the services you received.

They do not pay their contractors. We were hired for snow removal. After a tough season they have not paid any invoices or returned phone calls or emails.

Working with Daphne and the 440 Remax team was superb. All of the leg work and paperwork from start to finish was done quickly in a challenging time and market. Without her help, this particular deal would not have happened and executed the way it did. Despite a challenging and competitive market, Daphne did a lot of leg work behind the scenes to find properties on and off market until one fit my needs. Thanks again to Daphne and 440 Remax.
