RE/MAX 360 is a very unique real estate company. Their agents are well experienced, very professional and amazing to work with!! I can't forget about the owners/broker and Stephanie. They are always available for you when you need them. I truly appreciated my experience with RE/MAX 360!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Janet B. Cabada Medina was trying to move me into a one bedroom unit. She was unable to proceed with the move for the scheduled move in date due to a reason she was unable to disclosed! How sketchy?! She left me hanging with no apartment to move in, kept my deposit and haven’t been responsive. She was very unprofessional and truly unreliable.

I have had the pleasure of working several transactions with this RE/MAX 360 office and found an amazing group of professionals with a vast knowledge in all aspects of residential and commercial properties. The high level of communication and professionalism made for successful transactions.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this realty company especially crystal escobedo, had the most unfortunate experience purchasing a home, super rude and lied to my wife and I multiple times. She kept funds that should’ve been distributed back to us and then told us she can’t pay us because she has bills to pay herself and owes people money. Wendy was ok overall but she listens to whatever crystal tells her to do.

Work with Wendy Cruz in the Coral gables location…. She scammed me into renting a house turns out the house was unlivable.. she pushed me and my mother to signing a lease without proper inspections… this is my first time doing this and she took advantage of me…she ended up keeping a portion of my money.. I don’t know if this is a company thing or a realtor thing.
