John is an incredibly professional realtor that went above and beyond for my wife and I throughout our home buying experience. First off: i have not once spoke with John. Review is primarily on fellow staff in hopes someone will finally respond after almost a month of poor communication. I was a renter with Rely for 2 years until I recently ended my lease. Communication is spotty regardless if you are a client. For weeks I have been trying to contact through 3 methods of communication (phone, text, and emails) and no one has chosen to respond. I requested information about attending the move out inspection, when to shut off utilities, and fees deducted from my security deposit. The company is purposely choosing to avoid communication to address fees incurred and will not provide itemized receipts of charges. A fee was charged for "rekey per lease", yet per the lease it only should incur if modifications are done
