This review reflects my direct experience as a customer at a facility operated under Reliant Real Estate Management LLC, and it raises serious concerns about the company’s systemic failures in oversight, security, and customer protection. What I experienced at the Midgard Self Storage in Kissimmee was not the result of one employee or an isolated mistake. In my opinion, the issues I encountered indicate deeper problems within Reliant’s corporate supervision and operational standards. Security deficiencies were not minor—they were fundamental. Gates left open, damaged access points, and a complete lack of interior hallway surveillance contradict the expectations set by the company’s marketing and staff communication. They are the manager for Midgard storage Roswell. They will not contact you regarding any issues. The facility is overcharged for insurance when renter has their own. They won’t remove the fee even if you show proof of insurance. When you call Reliant the prompt won’t go anywhere except to disconnect the call filing complaint with BBB

Reliant Real Estate Management, LLC / MIDGARD STORAGE is horrible to work with. Wish I could give them “0”stars. We have had nothing but issues when it comes to dealing with our storage. They have increased the prices 3 times in past year! Took away the only discount we had that was provided by the original owners before they sold to this company. The property manager that is over our location in Gainesville, GA NEVER responds. We had to send 3 emails and call a main line 5 times over a 3 week period before we ever spoke to someone. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. They are overcharging and we are fed up with the constant increases. Stay away from Midgard Storage!

I began the online process of renting a Midgard storage unit, which entails supplying payment information first, then takes you to a lease. As soon as I realized that this process would not allow for showing proof of insurance, I cancelled the process. I then received an email advising my payment was processed. When I called to request my money back, as I DID NOT rent a unit, I spoke with Nikki (sp?), who advised no refunds, as stated in the app. After being rudely cut off by this woman, and MULTIPLE repeats of no refunds, I lost my patience and requested the management/corporate telephone number. If I could give this place a zero star I would. STAY AWAY GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Just wanted to inform you that this is worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I was at one point told “..you’re not the type of renter I want here by your agent…” and “.. you have 48 hours to move your stuff out!” At your Osage St location. Is this truly the type of company Midgard Self Storage and Reliant Real Estate Management is? Is this how you train your staff to respond to your renters? I understand there is a 30 move out policy and I gave my notice today and was told that I would still be responsible for all of September even if August is the last month I will be using it?
