While I was staying here I went days without power/heat with VERY little response from management. I’ve never paid a bill late by the way. I came home from work twice and my water was shut off until the next day for repairs in the other unit but no one told me. I reported a mice infestation multiple times with NO response ever not one, I left the unit clean as a whistle and brought their lawn back to life and they kept my whole deposit PLUS TOLD ME I OWE THEM for damages that I have video proof the day I moved out aren’t even there.

Reliable Property Management is the absolute worst from move in to move out and I was only renting covered storage for my RV, I can't imagine renting a house or apartment from them, and Kesha/Casia (or however you spell it) is rude as can be and incompetent. When I tried to move into my spot (a week after I signed papers and paid rent) my code didn't work, when I called about it, all the codes she gave me over the phone didn't work and I was told she'd have it fixed in 24-48 hours, when I went back to the storage unit a few days later and my code worked but someone was parked in my spot. I took pictures and tried to call to find out what to do. I applied here for a 3 bed house downtown. They said i broke the law because I had a dog, and I filled out the application wrong but I had two put my esa animal down February 12, 2024. At 3:31p.m. My dog is a dead dog. They said i could go two jail for falsely filling it out i did not fill it out falsely. Then he said in person when I was trying two give him papers from a phone conversation because they did threaten with jail time. I did say I also could sue because of this. The place got upset and refunded me my deposit amount. I dont even want that money either with the way they treated me. First of all, these People are very rude and unprofessional. I got asked to leave for no reason Whatsoever, and gave me 30 day notice to leave in the middle of my lease. Stuck them for 2 more months of rent due to their screw up they weren't happy about that when I did move out, I didn't get my $1000 deposit back, instead I got a bill for $4,000 for things in the house that were broken before , I even moved in, for paint , when it didn't have any paint when I moved in, for blinds that were broken before I moved in. And half ass broken doors that were like that when I moved in. Luckily for me i know the law, if these people screw with you contact me I will set you straight.

Don't rent from RPMI. They are threatening to take me to collections because they are charging me for several things that weren't my fault. The kitchen blinds are probably 15 years old. One of the strings broke. It wasn't due to abuse, it simply got old and wore out. There was also a closet door held in place with a screw, instead of a hinge assembly. The screw fell out and now they want me to pay to replace the screw with a hinge assembly. I shouldn't have to pay to replace something that was missing before I moved in
