I just got hung up on twice by someone who answered the phone at Related Midwest. The first time, I introduced myself, providing my name and said I had just opened a Staffing Agency and wanted to come by but before I could finish my sentence, she said something quickly and hung up the phone. I called back and she answered again. I said that I called earlier and we must have gotten cut off, but I saw some positions on their Careers page that I know we can help fill. She said that they have a Staffing department, thank you for calling and she hung up again!!! What business does this, especially one that is supposed to have strong community engagement! If my Front Office Coordinator did this, there would be serious repercussions.
