I dropped in one weekday afternoon to inquire about a studio/one bedroom accomodation & was quickly dismissed. The two men who were there when I entered offered no information or help. The experience I had was poor & cold. My initial impression was that they were uninterested in engaging with me. I am Very disappointed.
Great customer service! Ariel was able to take a last minute appointment with ease which was much appreciated and a convenient time for me.
I had an amazing experience. The agent is very nice and so easy to deal with! He took care of us every step of the way and went out of his way to make this process so much easier!!
