if i could give reiss country properties a better review than 5/5 stars, i would! KG and Lisa (the two people i was involved with the most) have been nothing but timely, helpful and personable from beginning to end of the process of obtaining my property. everything they communicated was straight forward and legitimate. every question i had touring the property was answered immediately. the process of completing paperwork and payments was not complicated. any time something out of the normal came up, they were there, ready to help with no hesitation. there were absolutely no problems with the entire process or anybody on their team - not a single one. this review may seem bland and generalized, but i wholeheartedly mean every word and because of how amazing they were to work with, i have

These people are extremely nice. They give people a opportunity to own land that thought they could never afford it. We purchased our plot the "Carpinos campgrounds" approximately 6 years ago. We wanted a pond with our land. The gentleman drove us around in his own vehicle, to every site that had a pond. We found the one we wanted. The price was very reasonable. We put 1800.00 down signed the paperwork for the monthly payments again I cant stress how extremely reasonable the monthly payments are. and he gave us the keys to the gate to get to the land we had just seen. Yes it was that fast. I took all the paperwork to my lawyer he said it's all 100% safe legit he said look at it as they just hold the mortgage like a bank would. The taxes are very low we own approximately 4 acres in Friend

They own and rent to own camps above my residence on a community road access and their tenants destroy the road that's ment for all of us ,and they do nothing to maintain the right away road that crosses over my land. They are only in it for money like slum lord's but for camps and don't care about the actual people that own their properties. In the last 2 yrs I put almost $6000 into repairing the so called community road just so I can access my residence after their rent to own weekend tenants destroyed it . They make money but do no maintenance to the property they rent out. They have no respect for adjoining land owners that actually live in their homes not just use it as a drinking party spot on the weekends.

KG and his staff were so great to do business with. I would definitely recommend Reiss County Properties. We explained to KG what we wanted and he took us to different properties until we found the perfect one.

KG and his staff are nothing but professional. We are EXTREMELY happy with the property we bought. Great investment.
