Beware of renting from Terry Reilly!! My experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. The property had a long-standing termite infestation that was never disclosed before I moved in. Ten months into the lease, the infestation became severe, spreading throughout the home and damaging my furniture — including brand-new wood pieces. Termites even infested my cat’s items, including her water bowl and food area. Despite these unlivable conditions, the landlord insisted the home was "habitable" and couldn’t care less about me living in these disgusting conditions. Live termites, larvae, and wings covered the home quickly, were all over my bedroom, and made it impossible to live in there. We have nothing but praise and appreciation for Terry Reilly's services as property manager. While we were living overseas for over 20 years, he looked after all aspects of taking care of our house, the property and the pool, as well as all leases, financial matters, upkeep and repairs, etc. Working sometimes over 10,000 miles from home, we were always relieved to know that our property was being looked after by someone we could rely on 100%! In addition to the excellent oversight of the property, he kept in communication with us regularly. Terry was great to work with, and we recommend his services wholeheartedly and without reservation.

I got to know Terry through my Aunt, who lived across the street from him. He would look out for her and kindly did repairs to her house as needed. Terry recently sold my Aunt's house for me while I was working and living in California and relocating to the East coast. I can't say enough good things about him and the service he provided. Because he has many years of experience renovating houses, he has an amazing knowledge of the local codes and laws. He was very good about explaining the steps in the selling process and updating me on the progress. He sold the house quickly and got a great price. I both rented and used terry’s services as a realtor. Terry was a great and fair landlord. Terry as a realtor was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining the house buying process. He has many connections in the real estate world and he is also a general contractor which is an added bonus. We would recommend him as both a realtor and as a landlord.

Slum lord, downtown property was poorly maintained and when I rented a house from them specifically asking if there was any intent to sell (was told no) they put it on the market 4 months into my 1 year lease. stay away..... EDIT: after posting this he called to threatin me.
