Reid's Prospect

I have had a good experience living in this community and reids prospect management Ms Glendy and Mr Helmer are super friendly, responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which makes it a comfortable place to live. The maintenance team is responsive and usually addresses issues in a timely manner. I also appreciate that the common areas are generally clean and well maintained specially I appreciate the ground basement parking which is so convenient. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby stores, clinics, restaurants, and major roads. Overall, it has been a positive place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment community.

I’ve lived at Reid Prospect since 2022, and it’s easily one of the best apartment communities you’ll find in Woodbridge. The pricing is affordable, but what really makes this place stand out is the management team. Glendy and Helmer are phenomenal. In an area where a lot of apartment management teams don’t seem to care much about their residents, they truly go above and beyond. They take the time to know residents by name, are incredibly personable, and genuinely care about the community. They stay on top of work orders, packages, and making sure residents are taken care of. They’re also very supportive of military residents, which means a lot in this area. I looked at this great apt at Reid’s Luxury Apts and the leasing agent, Helmer was super nice and so funny. He knew I just moved to the area and he was nice enough to show me directions to my new job. He even recommended some restaurants for me try. He went above and beyond to help me and to welcome me to the area. If you need anything he is at willing to help. Keep up the great work Helmer.

I've really enjoyed living at Reid's prospect apartment! The community is great, but the staff truly makes the difference. Specially, Helmer is a fantastic employee; he was incredibly kind and helpful. When my little kid who didn't have a key to get in the apt, I always count on the office to let him in. It's a very nice place to live and I highly recommend it!"

So, where do I begin. The entire rental process was flawless. The management and staff, maintenance included is very professional and out going. A special shout out to Helmer, rental representative, he made my transition smooth and incredible easy. I haven't lived in apartment for year's, but here for now I am Home. Blessings Daniel
