I do not recommend using this company for out of state loans. They had 40 days to have a loan ready to close and they totally dropped the ball. Order appraisal late appraiser said it would not be in till 31 of August and our closing was Aug 26. They went on with it and delayed our closing. The branch manager wont even return a call. Our clients may lose this house after writing 9 contracts to find them a home.
