Regions Mortgage

I just want to clarify that this is not directed at anyone specific branch and I am doing a review based off of regions customer care as well as anyone who represents the back office when you call the toll-free number. I have a banking there for over eight years with a pristine account but over the last few months I have been having to live off my savings due to covid affecting my work. I usually use mobile banking to deposit my checks and I just started working for a new company but it is owned by my same employer that I worked for four years and they owned the previous business for 15 years. I noticed on Saturday morning that my check was on a temporary hold and this has happened previously when I switched jobs and the bank manager at the Region's off of West Colonial just lifted it imme
