I've been renting with Regional since 2023 and it has been such an easy and pleasant experience. Geoff and Josh are great to work with and helped us go from one rental to another when our family grew and we needed more space. They are super quick when there is a maintenance issue and Butch has always been incredibly knowledgeable with fixing things or getting someone out to make the repairs when it was beyond his scope. Sarah is wonderful as well and has always been very helpful. I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking for a long term rental in the area.

From mid 2023 to early 2026, I was very taken care of by the good people at Regional Properties. Whenever my family and I needed ANYTHING, they were always quick to respond. Butch is a character, a great handyman, always there for our family. He's very respectful person that has great communication. There was also another gentleman on the maintenance team, Collin, or Conner. If he sees something wrong he'll take care of it immediately. He saw a couple of old boards on our stairs that needed replacing, and he took care of the whole thing that very day. Originally he was just here to fix a light. All in all, would definitely recommend renting from Regional.

The townhouse rented from was ran by someone else before, and regional property took over as the new agency many years ago. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. I've had a great experience with Regional Property Services since moving into my apartment in 2023. Geoff and Josh were extremely helpful and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and their communication is great. Far better than other property management companies I've rented from in the past. I am still living in this place and I will be leaving very soon. to be honest, I have been there for 17 months, everything has been perfect so far except a few lousy neighbors. The property management has been very responsive whenever you posted a repair request. However, last few months, my car has been damaged and target every morning without having the ability to identify the perpetrator. One morning , I wokke up all 4 tires of my vehicles got punctured, at first I did not suspect anything. Then, I bought a brand new car, the next day someone, drilled a hole in the windshield and deleted the car.
