Regents Walk

Horrible! 0/10 would not recommend! Hot water is always out. No notice is ever sent to residents regarding anything. Apartments are half put together when you move in. I can’t wait until my lease is up! Not worth the money! Carpet old and dirty should have been replaced before me and my husband moved in! DON’T MOVE HERE!

I have been there for 3 months and this place is horrible. I might not have paid my rent but if your gonna charge me get rid of them roaches and rats and they never took care of the problem like it’s not safe sleeping and waking up with roaches all on the bed, walls and bathrooms and floors. Then here comes rats big rats they need to pay for living there too. I wish I read the reviews before moving in.

Darryl was my leasing consultant and was extremely kind and helpful. I had a situation come up that I had to find a new apartment quickly and he was extremely helpful, understanding, and supportive. I love my new apartment and it’s so much bigger and better than my previous one. The management is amazing and always willing to help however they can.

I would not recommend spacious apartments , staff is nice but rats , cockroaches and brown water .. definitely dont match the rent they are charging ..

Darryl K. Collin’s was my leasing agent. He was very helpful throughout the process. He sent reminder emails to me in reference to my move in date and what was needed. Great experience.
