I lived at Regents Court for 3 years. The staff is generally helpful, but two individuals are standout performers. Fernando in maintenance is always prompt, responsive, and fast. When a work order is put in, you can be virtually guaranteed to hear a knock on your door- typically within the next day. He is even often around in emergency scenarios and will get right to the task at hand with little wasted time. Always providing speedy and accurate service, he'll be in and out of your way quickly to get back to your day. We have been living at Regents Court for three months now, and our experience has been amazing from the very beginning. The move-in process was extremely smooth, and the team made everything feel organized and stress-free. The property is always clean, well maintained, and very organized. The gates are secure, and I truly feel safe living here, which is very important to me. What I appreciate the most is that the management team really listens to residents’ concerns. Whenever we needed assistance, they were responsive and helpful. They also organize holiday gatherings and small community events downstairs, which makes it easy to connect with neighbors and feel part of a community. Fernando is the absolute best! He saved my dinner party when my oven suddenly broke while I was cooking. The quick and efficient maintenance makes all the difference. He also helped fix our toilet!

Such a scam place and shady as management continually pressures residents for 5 star google reviews..even when they are non responsive to repairs, mold never addressed, AC was out for 3+ months, could keep going, here’s to your review! So happy to have moved out..and of course not only was a security deposit, not returned, but they sent me a bill for $350 On some random cleaning needed..bs!
