I’ve lived at Regent Park Apartments since February 2025. While the community itself has been fine overall, my experience with management during the renewal process was extremely disappointing and ultimately pushed me to move on. My current rent is $1,349, but the rental market has shifted substantially since I moved in. Comparable apartments nearby are renting for much less, and Regent Park is actively advertising units for as low as $999 with concessions for new residents. Well before my renewal was issued (more than 60 days prior to lease expiration), I reached out to management requesting that my renewal be adjusted to a fair market rate. I made it clear that I wasn’t asking for concessions like the eight weeks free being offered to new residents—just a reasonable market adjustment.

To all those potential renters of any property of Echelon Property Management Group, I say beware! There are many issues the company has both in care of property, in care of renters, and in care of their own employees I would guess given the high rate of turnover in the front office. Let's start at the beginning. I was shown a very decent apartment. Updated kitchen. New carpets. Updated bathroom. It wasn't bad and so I went for it. My first regret of many, as this ended up being a bait and switch. The apartment I was given had nothing updated. The oven was the original oven. The cabinetry was ugly, beat up, and original. Same with the hastily painted counters where the dents, holes, and cracks in the Formica showed up with just a bit of scrubbing. The carpets were stained, worn down, and

I love Regent Park! The management is amazing and was so flexible when I needed to make some last-minute changes to my lease. If any small problems ever come up, management is always on top of it. Overall, Regent Park is a great place to live. My neighbors are friendly, I'm so close to all my favorite places, and the apartment itself provides everything I need while still being affordable.

THERE ARE NO 485SQFT APARTMENTS. If you are looking for a studio apartment, see the place IN PERSON first. These thieves tried to get me to pay the same price for a 305sqft apartment. Everyone working here AND at Echelon Rents are trying to get a buck out of you. Took them almost 2 months to reimburse me $2500 after refusing to move in after being lied to. Nobody here is here to help you. They will fire office staff after a few weeks so you don't know who to talk to to resolve any issue you have. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT HERE

I have lived her for almost 3 years and have not had many issues. I did have a terrible neighbor downstairs, but he has since moved. I recently put in notice to vacate, but at the last minute my new place was no longer an option. Jennifer at the leasing office worked her magic so that I could stay. I am so very appreciative of this place. And as for the complaints about bums, you live off Colfax, what did you expect?
