Regent Park Apartments

I recommend this place to people all the time. I lived here for 4 years. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. I stayed in the 200 building and all of my neighbors were very nice and helpful if I ever needed their assistance. There has been a few different managers during my time living here. The new one actually answers the phone! I haven’t met her personally but hopefully things are going great. The biggest con was the breezeways were pretty gross but they get power washed a couple times a year (at best). Also, I was told I would be getting my security deposit mailed to me and it’s been a month; I still have not received it.

I moved into regent park apartment in December of 2018. In July 2019 I noticed a mold like substance on two bar stools in the dining room area of my home. I took pictures and contacted management. The manager at the time came in to inspect the unit and gave me a dehumidifier but the unit was not actually treated for the mold until about a month later. By that time the mold spread to my couches, my bed, and all my bedroom furniture, which might I mention had to eventually all be thrown out. I contact management again on 08/28/2019 and unbeknownst the previous manager quit so my complaint was to no avail. I sent a follow up email on 09/13/2019 and again on 09/26/2019 with no response. I sent yet another follow up email on 10/09/2019 a finally got a response from the current manager stating t

**Edit** I saw the response below. I have emailed them for further information before making this post, but got nowhere. I understand what type of property they are, but there are other similar properties that have online applications or were nice enough to email an application and allow me to send a money order along with the application. Hopefully they can follow suite one day because they seem like a decent place. I was able to get some information, but the only way to get an application is to go into the office which is inconvenient. There should be a way to apply online or have them email/mail applications.

Treat people how you want to be treated especially if it's concerning a roof over someone head. No kindness at all. If you are already having problems with your rude landlord I suggest you don't rent a regent park apartments

Their apt manager does not do gheir job. Tenants harass other tenants. Their no noise policy is from 10pm to 8am. So ppl are allow to do whatever during the day. But nooo, u got ppl complaining about it. Mgt sucks there and property stairwells are dirty, ugh. Would never live there and not recommend it to anyone.
