Regency Woods Apartments

Absolutely love the apartment and the amazing people in the office especially Shelby. My husband and I walked in one night as they were about to walk out so we scheduled a tour for the next day. Instantly fell in love with it. Applied and got approved very quickly. Shelby was awesome to work with and was great at keeping us in the loop and helping us find the right home.

I have lived here going on 4 years now and I love it here. The office is a friendly environment. Always willing to help you out. When it comes to getting something fixed the guys are always on it right away, you never have to wait. I'm so glad I found this place. I will be relocating to a 2 bedroom I can't wait!! Oh ya the rent is the cheapest around I think everyone looking for a place to live should check this place out. Don't wait the apartment's go fast. Thank you Lasondra for your help with my application. and for making my Granddaughter feel very special!! Sherri, thank you for taking time to help me as well. You took a great amount of your time to get everything finalized. You are a 🍑 peach!!!

Lived here for the past year. Maintenance and management want to enforce quiet hours but will also take hammers to your ceiling at 6am with no prior warning. Management will refuse to ever try and be helpful and will actively make you feel stupid for even trying to contact them. They will even gaslight you and say renovations to the above apartment is a one day and one time thing even though i work from home and I’ve been in my apartment for the entire week and have heard the renovations the entire time.

This a great place to live people are friendly, management does there best to keep up with the tasks that need to be attended, and areas are always clean, and feels like a great neighborhood

10/10 would highly recommend Regency Woods Apartments! LaSondra was extremely helpful in the process of helping us find a home that was meant for us with everything we were looking for! She even was able to throw in a discount for us. LaSondra is super fast at responding and goes out of her way to make sure our needs are met and that whatever we need taken care of, gets resolved and quickly at that! She 100% makes us feel like family rather than tenants! Regency Woods has been outstanding to us as new residents in the area and would absolutely recommend looking into them for housing needs, if you’re searching for an affordable, well maintained residence!
