Regency Woods Apartments

We are currently doing fully renovations in the property. Our management is under a new property manager. And I am currently working with all the residents to make Regencywoods a wonderful place to live.

This has been our office management company for over twenty years. They are very professional at all times. What we appreciate most is their prompt response to any and all issues. They recently renovated our office suites. They furnished catalogs filled with carpet and paint swatches from which to make our selections. The Maintenance Dept. took measurements and pictures to fulfill our every wish. It was a gargantuan task of furniture moving, removal of old carpet and priming the walls for the new paint. However, they conducted these operations with expertise, speed and top shelf materials. We were astounded by the results. We now have awesome offices that are fresh, bright and updated. Thank-You Nelkin Real Estate for being a Phenomenal Management Company. :-)

We love working with Nelkin Realestate group at the Clock Tower Village. Sanchez , Shana their entire staff has been absolutely nothing but amazing! They are always helpful and responsive. We will definitely be here for years to come. Our build out was very extensive and it turned out amazing❤️. Mark was so kind from day one and I could not ask for a better landlord. I moved my business to Old Spring House Ln in Dunwoody 6 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have promptly. Maria at LaCarre and Colonial Gardens apartments is the most helpful and responsive Property Manager I have come across. Any issue or any question you have; she helps out fast, keeps you updated and is polite. Wish more managers were like that!
