Regency Way Apartments

There has been multiple management changes and some things get lost in the transactions. However, the new manager now has come a long way from picking back up the pieces from the last 2-3 years and so far has been delivering to get this place back in order like how it was when I first moved into these apartments. The units here are very nice, affordable, picking back up with being well maintained with the managements collaborating work efforts, so far friendly neighbors, and they are well back to their every month inspections so they can assess keeping the property back to great conditions. The manager now and her team have work very well together they deliver what needs to be taken care of for the most part so far from my experiences. I have live here for about 5 months so far. I Love it here! There is Landscaping almost every week here. Everyone i have met here so far is very friendly and i have made a few friends also. Everyone keeps to themselves and no problems occurred so far! Rent is fairly affordable, Units are inspected every 6 months for order, and Maintenance staff is courteous and quick for repairs that come up. I would certainly recommend Regency Way to anyone needing a Clean Safe place to live.

I have lived here a year and absolutely love it. I have never had any kind of problem with getting things fixed. I feel safe living here. The only problem I have with it here is the light post do not work around the back of the buildings. Like I said I feel safe here but it would be nice to see the holes in the grass when walking out. I highly recommend Regency Way Apartments to anyone wanting a quiet place close to Hwy 49, and wants a safe area to live in. These apartments are in a red zone so be sure you are wanting to move to a high crime area.

I have only lived here 4 months and I love it here. Have no problem with management haven’t had any issues since moving here. No drama ,everyone pretty much stay to themselves. Regency Way is a very wonderful place.

I have lived here 6 years. The ONLY continued services are Lawn Care! I have mold throughout my unit. On going issue since I have been here. I have lost a significant amount of personal items do to mold damage. I am unable to use front bedroom due to mold spores everywhere. Front hallway closet is covered in mold spores. This property has gone through several Mgmt compies & by far current company is the worse. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
