Regency Towers

It’s been a great experience living at Regency. The building is in a great location. Near the downtown area where you can go and enjoy great restaurants and night life, but also right in front of a creek and green fields for a walk on a nice day. It’s the perfect balance. My apartment is spacious and my neighbors are great. Everyone here is friendly and kind. Management hosts alot of activities throughout the month to keep the building community engaged. For my first time apartment experience, Regency has been great!

**UPDATE TO MANAGEMENT'S RESPONSE** Yes the hot water situtation has been fixed but it is always fixed and then happens again. Per maintenance, there is only 1 boiler for the entire building. It gets fixed and then breaks down again. Yes, there is a pkge room with fobs to enter. Pkges are left on open shelves, people are in and out. There is no knowing if they grabbed their package or someone else's, hence pkges are still being stolen, when Caren is asked about the videos, she refuses to look at it or makes excuses which is why I have my packages delivered to a friend's house. OUR PKGES HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM THE PKGE ROOM. I originally posted this review about 2-3 weeks ago. Management responded 1 week ago and the garbage was just cleaned up yesterday but the old door handle is still there

I just moved in a week ago and I’m really enjoying it so far. The location is excellent — from my apartment I can overlook the entire city and even enjoy the sunset right from my bed. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of greenery, and there’s a lawn nearby that’s perfect for walking and relaxing. It’s also very quiet, which makes the environment even more comfortable. Another thing I really appreciate is the people here. The neighbors are all very friendly — every time I greet someone in the elevator or hallway, they always smile back, even if it’s our first time meeting. Many residents also have pets, and pet lovers usually tend to be warm and caring, which makes the community atmosphere even more welcoming. The staff here are also very helpful and supportive. Love the atmosphere here. The people are nice and friendly. The staff is great. Willing to help you with anything you need. Very clean and the apartments are very spacious. This is a great place to live and to raise a family.

Looking for a apt to check out regency towers; with a nice variety of 1 to 3 bedroom apartments with washer and dryer in mostly all apts. With access to a gym and a Rec room.
