First and foremost the staff Abigail top notch and CeCee the apartment manager you talk about warm and overall just a wonderful experience. I left a message yesterday on Monday honestly not thinking they’d actually call me back after being closed for the holiday observation. Not only did they call back they called back with great enthusiasm. Abigail is someone I’d have on my team any day. I made an appointment to go in and needless to say I’m credit challenged but the stars aligned and they have a move in special going on. Needless to say I’m scheduled to move in very soon and it’s all because there good hearts and rarely do you meet good or great people in the “office”. What stands out about this place is the management team and how human they are. CC and her team never treat their residents like numbers or inconveniences but instead they actually care and do everything in their power to help in meaningful ways. That kind of understanding and compassion is not something you find at every property. As someone who has checked a few places here in Yuma, this place sets an extremely high standard for me. The community itself is well maintained and comfortable, and knowing that management is supportive and approachable makes living here even better. They have many different amenities and as a service member or for anyone it’s a great option compared to what other places Yuma has to offer. So i moved to Yuma a year ago and out of all the places i look at Regency Square was my choice and I'm so happy that i did. From the office staff to the maintenances team have been awesome very kind and caring group of people not only have they made me feel welcome they always go the extra mile. Shortly after i moved here there were some changes my first thought was here we go but to my surprise the changes worked out great and are still great. Thank you all for all you do even when it can be difficult sometimes you guys still go above and beyond.

Their site always says their office closes at 6pm but i’ve gone multiple times and they leave well before 5pm. Update your hours.
