Well i gotta say this new maintenance guy really did a fantastic job .He fixed the kitchen light that was completely fallen, he fixed n replaced sink and he fixed and replaced the plumbing under our main bedroom restroom. Thank you so much for being so respectful and helpful. We appreciate you and i believe his name is Rick .Thank you again Regency Square Apartments.

Huge red flag: I wasn't allowed to review the apartment. Before signing paperwork I know I’m dumb for that… Save yourself the time and money – this place is a waste. Move-in day was ruined by a massive cockroach infestation, not just one or two, but thousands crawling everywhere. Management dismisses them as 'water bugs' and pest control is ineffective unless the entire building is treated. We will be dealing with this our whole time here. We're exploring legal options, but seriously, avoid the disappointment, fear, and stress. Prospective renters should consider these factors before committing to a lease.

I've had a great experience at Regency Square Apartments. The assistant manager is fantastic—always helpful and responsive, making sure that any concerns are quickly addressed. The property itself is well-maintained, with great amenities like a pool and a convenient laundry room. It's been a comfortable place to live, and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff!

been living here for 6 months. my favorite apartment so far. the staff is very professional and cares about the property. any issues iv had have been fixed promptly. the pool area is super cute. apartments are spacious
