Regency Place Apartments

These apts R ok 2 live here with ur family or alone friendly people.

I ended my lease in October but yet they still keep sending me a bill in my name saying I owe money. I haven't lived there since Oct how do I owe from Oct to now 5/30 that's ridiculous. Don't bother with this place. Save your time and money. DONT LIVE HERE. A LOT OF ROACHES & MOLD NOT TO MENTION MANGENMENT IS AWEFUL.

This is a horrible place to live, I lived here for 6month and as a roommate then I got offered to signed a leased nd I decline it then they tow my car saying I don't have a parking permitte which make no sense coz like I said I lived there for 6 month and they know but it wasn't enough for them the manager said if I can pay 50$ for application to have a parking permitt after I pay she said "the application is u pay is for the apartment to have a lease not for parking permitt" so she can gave me the guaranty for not towing my car....it doesn't make no sense at all the management gave poor customer service its all about the money they care so whoever wants to sign a lease change your mind do not think about this place its not worth your time and money.

This place is a hell hole! If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I'm trapped in a 2nd lease thinking the new owners would fix the issues. They have not either. I still have no kitchen cabinet doors, no blinds in my daughter room, dish washer backs up through the sink and spills over the floor, no working blinds in my room, a leak in the master bedroom they patched but the water made it's way down to the guest bathroom so now upstairs bath water is leaking in that tub. I fixed my own gate, I fixed my own stove it only had 3 burners. Still yet they went up $30 on the rent and I'm paying $830 for a place that has mold on the ceiling from a leak they cant fix! Don't move here! Is a disaster! I'm trying to contact me a lawyer to get out my lease so it will not mess up my credit as well speak! Th

I have been here going on 3 yrs ,started ok they changed mgrs 2 x they were good mgrs. they did make some good changes added better lighting for parking and playground.they were in the process of changing washers and dryers because these did not work properly . but something has changed since the apts . were sold, nobody servicing pool , the trash bins in the areas beginning to smell , there is trash all over the parking areas and in front of apts . the playground for kids is full of trash , the dogs are not on leash and pet owners are not picking up after their pets , people are doing mechanic work in parking areas and kids on the skate boards I hope things will change soon . I do like it here because everything is within walking distance. And another thing i see is the drinking of bee
