Regency Place Apartment Homes

We had a great experience at this apartment complex, thanks to Patricia and Mark. They are truly excellent managers who go above and beyond for their residents. From the very beginning, Patricia walked us through the entire leasing process step by step, making everything simple and stress-free. Since this apartment was for our son while he attended grad school, it meant a lot to us to have managers who were so professional, responsive, and customer service oriented. Any issues that came up during his time there were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself was roomy, comfortable, and reasonably priced for the area. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed, convenient, comfortable place to live.

My roommate and I moved in here at the end of July, and it has been the smoothest transition ever. We are so lucky that we found the cutest apartment with the kindest landlords. Mark & Patricia went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed & comfortable. They put new floors & vinyls in, as the old tenants had lived in the apartment for years. Patricia also got the apartment entirely scrubbed down, left us a gift, and bought the turf from the old tenant so that we could keep it. Mark and Patricia are so friendly, have answered any and all questions, and have taken care of any issues quickly. We love our little apartment and the environment that surrounds it! 💕

I moved in about a month ago, and I loved my stay here! The apartment was exactly as described in the listing very modern, clean, and cozy. The move-in process has been super easy. The apartment was freshly painted and cleaned when I arrived. The appliances, carpet, walls, smell, etc. were all clean. Patricia has been an incredible welcoming and informative leasing agent to work with. My neighbors are all so kind. Everything feels safe. Really enjoying my time here so far!

Regency Place is one of the best apartment communities I have ever resided in! Mrs. Patricia and Mark are the best property managers, and give excellent customer care! They are caring, comedic, family oriented, down to earth, honest and sincere about their residents receiving the best living experience in the community. Maintenance issues in my apartments are handled immediately, but even those are very small issues, far and few between. While the buildings are older, the management does an excellent job of maintaining the apartments and grounds. Harold is the best, and is always cordial and attentive to your needs.
