They are masters of lying and gaslighting their tenants. • Zero Service: They ignore urgent maintenance requests for weeks and then lie about "technicians being on the way." • Total Neglect: They take your money but refuse to take any responsibility for the property’s condition. • Rude Staff: The customer service is appalling; they are dismissive, disrespectful, and incompetent. They will promise you the world to get you to sign, but once they have your deposit, they stop caring. Save yourself the stress and your money—stay away from this agency

This company is garbage. They make workers rent rooms in houses individually for a while. When you suggest an arrangement, they tell you to leave, and if you don't like it, they back out. I had to file a complaint with the housing department, but so far, they haven't done anything. They have a man named Armando Jurado who claims to work for the company, but all he does is show off the units, saying they belong to him or that he's in charge. He rips you off with the deposit, charging you a fortune. The company doesn't even know you're living there because they don't put you on the contract. And when there's a problem, all they do is fire you, intimidating you by saying the sheriff is going to come and evict you because you're already facing eviction. They also have a woman in a white Nissan

I rented a apartment years ago turned in my 30day notice to manager. He told me everything was OK I turned in keys years later I got a wage garnishment for eviction I never got served with the summons from court and now im paying for something that wasn't me now I cant even buy a house because of this managent there always changing there name first it was pama management then golden management now they changed it again do not trust them at all they do dirty work when I confronted them about the manager allowing someone to live in my unit when I left they fired the manager so thats proff that they did crooked shit. I had even got my deposit back and rented from some other units so tell me how did I get evicted if they rented to me again dont make sense there theirs looking do destroy you're

I wish there was a way I could give zero or negative stars. This is the most incompetent property management company I've ever dealt with. They did not pay the water bill that was supposed to be included with our rent and now their tenants are about to be without water. When trying to contact the office to hire a bunch of high school kids that lack any professionalism whatsoever, they do not even have an email in 2025. They move like they are used to getting sued and cut every corner possible

They keep saying they’re gonna send maintenance, but I don’t see no repairs done. My contract is full of lies. stating that I have new stuff in here. Nothing’s new in here. got a prorated quote on my rent. They wanna charge me extra. They don’t know how to divide the month! The management on site don’t know what she’s doing. She talks bad about her own boss named Patty. Once you call the Regency management they give you the runaround they can never give you a straight answer forward. The manager on site even told me they rented out paisa. They move in like nothing. They’ll rent it out how it is.🥵.
