I’m really glad to live in this apartment building of Regency House. Neighbors are great, it’s quiet and convenient. Maintenance is done right after the request and the communication with the office is always on time and they are really helpful.

Regency House has a good management team who cares about your well being in the apartment complex. They have a competent team of janitors who comes promptly to fix issues with your apartment. It is a very good crew. Overall, Regency is a good place to live!☺️

We moved into the Regency House in July and we really like our new home. It's very cozy and bright! Maintenance comes quickly when called and the ladies in the office do a great job maintaining all of the buildings.

My family and I moved into Lindy Apartments in 2112. We loved the area and location to public transportation Fern Rock subway station or Broad Street Buses. Regency Gardens are affordable and staff is wonderful. Lindy Apartments are fair and fast to jump on any concerns or issues you may have. We love our relationship with Emily in their corporate office she is phenomenal and she listens and address any concerns or issues. Thank you Emily.
