Veronica Perez is an ill mannered property manager. If you are going to have an employee that works with people in a professional manner they should be trained and conduct themselves properly.
Rude customer service. Was here for veterans parade and wouldn’t allow use of bathroom in entire building even though the building was essentially vacant. A kind tenant gave the lock code to the bathroom which is “1294” in case anyone wants to take a crap in their sink.
Great place. Amazing building.
