Moved here a month ago, and I am absolutely loving it!!! Management, maintenance, and the community are amazing — I couldn’t ask for a better place to live! Meets every single one of my personal needs(: It’s far and few between that you get everything in one! Shout out to Brenda in the office, she is the sweetest leasing agent. Shout out to Chris for fixing a wall that was personal damage! This team goes above and beyond. You will not regret your residency here((:

The maintenance team works FAST, communicates efficiently and calmly. They use terms I understand and are always professional. They do preventative maintenance every few months (checking smoke alarms and changing their batteries. Making sure the heaters or AC works. Looking for mold, etc) One day I thought my fridge was leaking (I didn't know fridges have condensation and leak onto a drip pan) so I called emergency maintenance and the worker texted with me to ask about it, he showed up 20 mins later with all the equipment and stuff to fix it. He explained about the drip tray in a polite manner and offered to clean it out for me. Wow granted I just moved in last night but there was a problem with my door that I let them know about when I started moving in a couple days ago and they fixed it immediately and they noticed a different problem that they wanted to fix that to me wasn't even really a problem but they're very proactive. But today when they had fixed the back door issue it then wouldn't latch so I left a message not even 10 minutes ago for them and they've already showed up and fixed it and now it works perfectly. I don't think it was even 5 minutes guys they're fast! Did I mention it's only 8:33 in the morning they've already come and gone having fixed the problem and they're not even open yet!

Before you move here, plan on not getting your full security deposit back because of additional fees they charge on top of the $400 non-refundable cleaning fee. Application fees, cleaning fees and more fees undisclosed initially for us to move in and out. Ridiculous amount of pre-qualification, they need you to basically disclose your whole life. First floor doesn’t get much privacy, seems like everyone here owns a dog and walks it right through the backyard area behind apartments. Loud neighbors, barking dogs, noisy landscaping every week, they pressure washed the sidewalks and our car was covered in dirt and debris. 3 stars for nice maintenance staff and well-kept landscaping. Clean apartments and nice amenities. Nice flexibility for 1-3 month stays but not worth the headache.

I applied for my applications. I understand the $50 is nonrefundable, but I tried calling within the 24 hour period multiple times nobody answered they want more proof of income When we shown proof of income, my bank statement, a cosigner, then they were asking to show the title for our home that is paid off. And the assistant manager, when I finally got a hold of her and was wanting to cancel by the time they answered their phone the 24 hours was up to get my $200 reservation fee back. I explained to her that nobody was answering the phones and that I don’t appreciate her attitude. She basically told me oh well I’ll just have the manager call you. All they do is take your money and make it extremely hard for you to rent just an apartment. All their fees are a scam I wouldn’t do it. Grace
