Regatta Shores

When I first moved into Regatta Shores a little over a year ago, it was a pleasant experience. The move-in process was smooth, and for the first several months maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. On the surface, it felt like a good place to live. Unfortunately, over the past year my opinion has changed. I have received multiple calls from management about after hours noise from a TV or surround sound system disturbing neighbors. The problem is I didn’t even own a TV, so it would have been impossible for me to be the source of the problem. Despite explaining this, I’ve repeatedly been told to “turn it down” and “be more considerate,” rather than management investigating where the noise is actually coming from. Love my apartment. It is a pleasure to work with the office staff, they are nice and easy to work with. They think is ways to offer special events for the tenants This month they have offered water aerobics.

I like the view and the updates they are doing here and I got a brand new AC. The previous manager didn't seem to care or listen. The price is fair compared to other apartments in this area. My neighbors are nice and we look out for each other. Maintenance Mario does a good job.

My recent visit to Regatta Shores over the New Year exposed serious deficiencies in both management practices and property conditions. After being warned that parking enforcement is “strict,” I complied with posted instructions and scanned the visitor parking QR code only to be prompted to pay to park as a guest. Charging visitors to park in a residential community is unreasonable and reflects poor management judgment. More concerning are the ongoing habitability issues. My mother, a current resident, has repeatedly reported roach infestations, persistent garbage problems, and delayed maintenance responses.
