I am incredibly happy with the decision to move here. The new management has worked really hard to make this a safe, clean and friendly environment for its residents. I have to give a shout out to the new property manager Nicole and the maintenance staff. Vince who is the head of maintenance is so fast to respond and he is incredibly professional and polite. My air conditioner broke down on a holiday weekend and I called in a emergency maintenance request for assistance. Vince came very quickly despite it being a holiday. My air conditioner was fixed soon after but in the meantime he also provided me with a portable unit to make it bearable in the apartment. From day one, the team has been professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Their communication is clear, they’re responsive, and they truly care about the residents and the community. A very special shout-out to the manager for leading such an amazing team. It really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how comfortable and valued residents feel here. And the Valentine’s Day party was absolutely beautiful and simply amazing! I've been living here since 2023. They have multiple issues, one of them including a pest issue, specifically mice. I've seen a total of 6-7 dead mice in my apartment since Ive been living here. I told management about it several times and nothing had fixed the issue. The most they could do was lay down traps. You can hear them in the vents at night. I was also told when I first moved into my unit that I wouldn't have carpet. I move in and of course there is carpet. There is also poor lighting in my unit. I wouldn't recommend moving here. The lake is also in poor condition.

I’ve had such a great experience living here. Nicole, TJ, Vince, and the new guy all do an amazing job. Work orders get done right the first time, and the whole team is always friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the residents. And honestly the fresh-baked cookies every day are such a nice touch!

I really did like the apartment after all the trouble getting the lease over a year ago. The office manager had trouble at the time verifying information which almost made it time to look elsewhere but got the apartment. The best part of the place is the little duck lake with so many different breeds of ducks that stay here so and the quiet that normally comes with living here. The trail that is around the lake is great for walking or a good run with lots of trees and is peaceful. The location is amazing with lots to do and convenience to many places such as Walmart or H-E-B, and many restaurants and close to major parks within a mile or so. The maintenance folks were really good and taking care of the tickets quickly before the change over. That has seemed to change once the Regatta ha
