While the basic construction is good, and the location is excellent, the design quality needs improving; I had more than 20 modifications to the basic plan before and during construction. The company seems to operate using the lowest cost interior materials that they can find. Many of the tradesmen are less than skilled. After less than one year in the home, I have or am now upgrading the plumbing fixtures, repairing gutters, fixing the property drainage, replacing doors and mismatched hareware, quieting the HVAC, and adding or modifying several electrical outlets, switches and lights.. Having said all that, I would recommend and again use: KB cabinets, The Lite House, Builders Wholesale, Ferguson Supply, Stonequarters (the countertop folks), and Atlanta Glass.

I deliver roof trusses here for Builders First Source these are quality Built Homes is a very nice area of Columbia I would move here if I didn't just purchase a new home
