Regatta Bay Apartments

Jessica was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. She was kind, patient, and pleasant every step of the way. Even when I felt discouraged, she reached out and encouraged me, saying, “I know it can be frustrating, but just keep going and send the requested forms as soon as possible so we can get you in.” The process was overwhelming at times, but her support truly made a difference. I’m so grateful — and so excited that I finally get to move in!

experience was REALLY bad the "managers" don't really work, maintenance never fixes any issue, they put in the status "completed" without even going to the apartment, and also the managers take personal matters with the residents, they are not professional at all, and i am talking about Gloria she likes to yell residents, also Carmen and Ana. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. when i got the apartment almost everything was broken, carpet was horrible, it wasn't cleaned AT ALL, the apartment smelled like a dog. they didn't repair anything. we were paying for a "new" apartment, "luxury" but we were having the quality of the low income apartment... This community is a disgrace! I understand that it is low income however that doesn’t mean you can treat people like animals. Since they live under affordable housing! I can show you better than I can tell you! Their apartment are roach infested old there carpets smell they do the bare minimum in this community. They are old and run down apartments full of roaches and roach droppings underneath the sinks just nasty.. The ladies in the office are rude and dismissive and treat you like they own the place! The manager is just nasty! I am so sad for the residents there cause they just put up with nastiness since they probably have no where else to go! It's been hard to get a hold of the staff. If you're looking for a complex with a reliable pool, this may not be the one. Several times over the past few months, we got our hopes up, only to find the pool was closed. It is hot and we want to enjoy what we are paying for.

Getting an apartment is always hard, lots of ups and downs, as well as taking time for the process. Thanks to Jessica, who was helping me, she made this process easy for me in a timely manner. Also cannot forgot the rest of the staff in the office , all of them was very helpful and supportive. Communication was very great between them all.
