My fiancé and I have lived at The Regatta since 2021 and have had a phenomenal experience. Since moving to Fort Lauderdale, we’ve found this property to consistently be the best value at this price range. The amenities are very well-maintained by the staff, service orders are completed the same day (if not, the next), the concierge staff is extremely friendly/helpful, and the leasing agents are always very understanding - helping us to find the best options for our situation every year upon renewal. The location is perfect, providing easy access to downtown Las Olas via the Andrew’s pedestrian bridge (5 minute walk) without the overcrowded feel of the north side of the Riverwalk. Yasmine at the leasing office at Regatta by New River is truly amazing. She is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely nice to talk to I see her almost every day and she’s almost always in the office with a great attitude. She really helps make this place feel like a real, tight knit community instead of just a huge corporate apartment complex. A great example is how she recently adopted one of the resident’s puppies and always shows me pictures it’s such a small thing, but it shows how connected she is with everyone here.
