Regal Heights Apartments

Its been a little bit since I moved out (bought a house) but I really enjoyed the time I spent here. I rented a second floor 2 bedroom/2 bath and the had recently updated with vinyl wood floors and my unit was the only one with the resin/epoxy countertops. The unit was nice. We never had a single issue. The location was great: walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, etc. And the Manager at the time, Tina was always lovely. The grounds are well kept and everyone there seems to keep to themselves.

The neighborhood is decently safe because we have cameras on the property. The units are pretty decent, but a little bit older. There are several broken-down cars on the side of the road. Management refuses to provide maintenance at times and most of the maintenance is done with the most inexpensive option. Staircases are not up to code and management refuses to repair them. Management will not respond to some requests and are charging garage fee for units that have direct access to the apartments, which does not seem legal. The management has been very unpleasant since the ownership changed during COVID. These units are managed by Next Wave with headquarters in Las Vegas, and has an F rating on BBB. The management used to be outstanding prior to this change.

Currently live here and the management team goes above and beyond to accommodate the tenants. Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly and with respect, great place to live.

Currently live here, been here a year & almost all tenants do not pick up after their dog. Vehicles get broken into. So many fees that don't even make sense, almost $200 for water, $100 for an attached garage that they just added, they don't let you use any water hose, maintenence doesn't clean up the "common area" that we get charged for. Hardly any parking spots available because there are at least 5 broken down vehicles that don't move all year. Can't wait to move next year.

If I could put zero stars I would. upon move in the manager is prompt to returning your phone calls the second you move in no more phone calls, it’s all emails. You’ll get charged 200 for cleaning and it’s so called professional but you’ll end up Re cleaning cause it’s a mess. There are a lot of hidden fees so every month make sure you pay close attention to your monthly statements. When you ask for someone higher than the manager to answer questions she can’t you’ll be denied of any information. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments just because of the horrible experience I have had it’s really stressful.
