I've been here for 2 years. It's very quiet and my neighbors are nice. Some issues I've seen is that trash tends to pile up around the dumpsters but is normally all gone by the next day. And there are a lot of lights in front of units that don't work so it can be dark if you are out walking your dog after dark.

Sadly changing my review. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. This place is an ongoing headache. Management is in complete denial about serious mold issues and constantly finds loopholes to avoid accountability, even when the health department gets involved. They’ll take your money every chance they get, yet refuse to maintain safe living conditions. Veronica, in particular, is incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. She does not care about residents’ concerns, so don’t waste your time trying to get help. Maintenance is hit or miss. Some workers are decent, but most take weeks (or longer) to complete even the simplest repairs. They don’t offer standard year leases because they know most people won’t last that long here. Everything is overpriced for what you actually get:

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this complex. I don’t ever write reviews but this is necessary so here we go. These apartments are not worth what they are asking at all they are old and not properly cleaned or inspected when a tenant moves out you’re stuck with their gunk and the manager does not care one bit. Nobody cares actually they just want to get paid and you can live breathing in mold from nasty old vents and bugs coming out onto your counter no matter how much you clean oh and did I mention rotten appliances straight from a horror movie. Maintenance will just put tape in stuff like they fixed it and move on. Stay far away from here.

Do not believe any of the good reviews. It is either a bot or people that work here. STEER AWAY. FAR AWAY from this complex and anything managed by them. Staff is absolutely uncaring and rude the moment you sign the lease and they put you in some nasty apartment. Forget about getting anything properly fixed since it is all about the $$$ they will do anything to save a buck or two.

Do not leave here bad apartment been here for a year I move out the apartment was clean expect to to take my security deposit back they didn’t give it to me they keep charging me for no reason this apartment will literally lies to your face trash men do what ever he want for not pick up your trash apartment went 1200$ to 1600$ a month with them high utilities
