Reflections Apartments

Do not move here. Maintenance is AWFUL. I’ve put in countless work orders and nothing is fixed. Since I moved in 3 months ago, I was given a filthy apartment, with an oven that doesn’t work, a broken door, and more. The ladies in the office are very nice and act like they care about your problems but at the end of the day nothing is fixed. Speaking with my neighbors I learned I am not the only one experiencing this. Pictures are from how the apartment looked when I first moved in. No deep cleaning or move in inspection was completed. They just wanted my money. “Emergeny Maintenance” is not real. No one ever answers and when you go to leave a voicemail it says the voicemail box is full. Nitza Pavila helped me so much throughout this entire process. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. There were some issues with higher-level management not ensuring my apartment was fully ready before pushing my move-in date, but Nitza was the only one who truly cared about my experience and how I felt. She went above and beyond to make my move-in smooth and stress-free. I am so grateful for her help.

I would give this place a zero if I could consider considering there’s roaches crawling all over the walls nothing ever gets fixed. The garbage is always piled up and there’s always garbage in the Streets, my vehicle has been broken into since living here. The woman currently in the office refuses to fix anything and Is extremely rude. She’s not willing to answer any of your questions. She wouldn’t give me her name nor would she give me her manager’s name So that the issue could be resolved. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life and I definitely don’t suggest living here. It’s dirty and disgusting when I moved in I had to literally scrub the walls and floors and countertops. I can go on and on about how terrible this place is.

This apartment complex is horrible, not family friendly at all the cops are always here, they don’t prioritize actually fixing anything, they have new a new leasing manager every month, and none of the maintenance people speak English, and this place is invested with roaches. Truly a disgusting place to move into rather you’re single or have a family. They are supposed to be income based apartments but are raising the rent as if these are luxury apartments and the cabinets don’t even have handles nor does the dishwasher work. Don’t waste your time on this place.

Lived here for two years and it’s disgusting. Trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, broken glass on the sidewalk. Entrance gate is broken and has been for over two years. Maintenance requests do not get fulfilled. Infested with roaches. Pest control is a joke, and are allowed to walk into people’s apartments with a master key - one time they came in while I was home alone and in the shower - how unsafe is that? Dumpster is always full and the trash piles up into a mountain every night. They are now trying to fine residents for “improper trash disposal” but it’s not our fault that there’s only ONE dumpster for the entire community. When I went to speak to the leasing agent, she said residents have to wait to dispose their trash until the compactor is empty, but it’s a lease violation to le
